A clear request for quotation reduces back-and-forth, makes technical assumptions visible and helps keep a multi-category line package aligned.

Start with the project context

State the project type, target country, voltage level and expected delivery window. These inputs establish the operating context before any fitting or insulator selection is reviewed.

Attach the technical basis

• Bill of materials with quantities and unit conventions
• Line drawings, structure schedules or installation details
• Specified standard or employer requirement, where available
• Requested packing, inspection and delivery information
